COVID-19 Update
We would like to inform you that we have fully reopened the facility to the public on an appointment basis.
All clients need to make an appointment at least 24 hours before visiting to ensure the safety of all clients and our staff.
You can make your appointment by

- Calling us between 11:30am until 6:30pm Tuesday to Sunday on 0208 574 5009
Please note each appointment is for a maximum of 15 minutes and we will require all clients to wear their facemasks before entering the premises.
We kindly request that you bring a valid photo ID with you, such as a full driving license or passport.
In addition please bring your access card(s) and locker key(s).
To ensure the safety of all clients we will cleanse all surfaces that you may make contact with during your visit to ensure the safety of all clients and our staff.
Existing Customers Renewals:
Please e-mail/call us if you require an appointment to visit your locker at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.
- We will be emailing all clients whose renewals will be coming up soon and payment can be made via bank transfer on the details within the email.
- If you have already set up your yearly standing order, this will be processed automatically – so there is no need to do anything.
We understand this is a peculiar time but we thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
