As you are aware, the government has issued guidance for a UK wide lockdown. We have therefore closed our facility to comply with the guidance to help stop the spread of Coronavirus.
The safety of our clients and our staff is of upmost importance to us. During this time please can you make note of the following:
Safety and Security
- The security of your valuables within you safe deposit locker remains our highest priority. During these unprecedented times we would like to reassure you that your valuables remain safe in our vault. (The highest resistance graded, certified, vault room in Europe).
- During the lockdown your valuables remain secured in our vault and will continually be alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Existing Customers Renewals:
- We will be emailing all clients whose renewals will be coming up soon and payment can be made via bank transfer on the details within the email.
- If you have already set up your yearly standing order, this will be processed automatically – so there is no need to do anything.
We understand this is a strange time but we thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
We will contact you via email with all updates regarding when we will reopen and other details.
We will be updating this notice as and when we can.
